Busy December and we still have 10 days to go!

December has been very busy with 1/2 marathons, visits from family, school parties and more. There is so much that happens before Christmas I was not sure I could get it all done. We are now 3 days away and finally have time to blog.

Thanksgiving

 We had a great time with the Fussells on Thanksgiving. It was low key and there was PLENTY of food. I love the days when you can be lazy, eat what you want and enjoy your family! Love you guys :)

Visit to LA Tech

I realize I make Douglas go to many TCU games so it is only fair to spread the alma mater love! We took a trip to Ruston in early Sept. to see the Bulldogs play and get the kids some Tech gear too.

Frisco Steamers Fall Season

Parker is back with his spring soccer team for the fall season and doing well. This season the kids play with no coaches on the field to help. It is a lot more entertaining to hear the coaches screaming at the players about where to go and who should kick or throw in.  Oh and of course the parents screaming and yes I am guilty and will have to work on that!! :)

First Day of School.

Let the school year begin! Parker is off to Pre-K and Eloise is off to experience school for the first time. Parker tripled checked with me that it was a 'no moms day', right? I told him actually it was  NO KIDS day for me!! :)  Eloise did fantastic and had just a little frown on when I left but I think she will have a blast. Parker walked in like he owned the place! Now I am ready to tackle the long 'to do' list though I plan to pace myself. I have to be able to at least have a few 'bon bons and magazines days'
